Handling 1 million HTTP requests with 32 MB RAM and unlimited disc space?

Suppose you are joining a company which is working on a social network, you'll working on profile part. Profile is basic, it displays name, a profile image, date of birth, locations. This social network has exactly one million users signed up. Given that only 32 MB RAM is available but there is no limit on disc space, is it possible to handle 1 million HTTP request with this architecture?
