Best way to show 200+ settings on a web page - web design

Requesting suggestions on the best way to show 200+ settings on a webpage with the following criteria

1) All Settings are on/off check box clickable or toggle able

2) Some settings have a time delay attached with them

3) Settings are categorized into 3 categories/groups

A simple way I can think of is tree structure

I can see that with 200-250 settings, this implementation will be clunky and the user will have to do ctrl+f to find a setting they're looking for which is not a good design.

Any suggestions on how to make this elegant ?
