Azure messaging service

I need to send messages to mobile and web clients from the server. I need something like web sockets. I checked all the messages/events services offered by azure but I am not sure there is a service that cover my scenario. I need to broadcast real time messages from server side (potentially an azure service) to web and mobile clients with the possibility to scale out to millions of connections. I know I can implement a signalr/node solution but I am more looking for a ready to use, easy to scale solution. Is there any azure service that covers my scenario? If not any suggestion? Thanks
