Where to design mobile, web, and dekstop applications, and integrate with visual studio [on hold]

So im new in mobile development, and i´d like to know if anyone here has experience designing software and then integrate it with visual studio - xamarin, or android studio, etc. Or if you just design everything in the xaml file, thanks.
