Hi, I have an html frame exercice that i can't solve. Can you help me?

there is an exercise that on of my teacher gave me that i tried to do.

The purpose of exercise is to write pages with frames to have this kind of screen :

Its a ball which move to the direction specified by the mousse. (the screen visited stay with the ball)

she also added that we can simulate the ball with this kind of texte :

I already created the frameset but i don't know how to create the ball and how to move it.
