how to make a web crawler which can submit forms for me

I am developing a web crawler. I have this url: http://ift.tt/2u0C1UL. When I open this link, I can select a certain state in the 'State' drop list, leave the other items blank, and submit it. Then I will be directed to a webpage which contains the information I want.

Is there any way to write some code(I prefer python), therefore it can do the selection and submission for me, and return to me the html code of the redirected webpage? Therefore I can get the html code for all the states, without doing it manually?
