Which technology and Google API to use so as to record the path travelled by user?

Which google API will help record the path covered by one user and display it live to second user?

I want a web page opened in users phone, record the path the user is travelling and his/her current location and display it live to another web page to another user.

How do I achieve this? What all technologies will be used so as to cover. I have a basic knowledge of Front End and PHP.
