As a web developer, is C/C++ important to learn

While web assembly is keeping to evolve, do you think C/C++ will be a standard for web developers in the next 5 or more years?

Beside all the pros and cons to learn low level language, the abilities that web assembly bring to the web is fabulous, and I think today websites and apps are going to change dramatically.

Just imagine implementation of desktop only video games or software's on the browser, and how business models and ways to monetize those implementation will be much easier.

So.. what do you think?
