Today I stumbled across a website with a plexus effect that follows the mouse cursor and was wondering how it was done.
I viewed the source and saw a Canvas, so I'm guessing no way to get at it there, so I thought I would ask someone here if they know how it is done, what was used to do it, or how to replicate/find it.

Just move your cursor around on the fullwidth video area, the effect I am talking about should be apparent.
