Reading content from web page that is not directly in the html code

So, I wanna read in odds from different sports bookmakers via Java (e.g. pinnacle.com), but on this page for example the odds and the team names aren't to be found in the html code, I guess they are somehow generated by JavaScript(not sure though). I don't expect specific solutions, can someone just give me a rough idea on how I should approach this problem? Don't need to do it Java, it's just i'm most comfortable with it.
