How to force browser to reload all javascripts from server instead of loading from cache? [duplicate]

When I release a new version of our website, sometimes the browser is loading javascript from cache. I know how to clear the cache from browser but it is not a good idea to ask users to clear it manually. Whether it is a way to ask the browser to reload everything?

BTW, my server is nginx and front-end is using reactjs.
