get images from the web to generate a VR contenent automaticaly with unity

SO i'm trying to create a VR tours creator what i need is to allow to a user to upload a 360 images to get a VR application ready with his own pictures what i need to know is how to connect the web interface wher the user wil ulpoad his images and the unity script that create the VR application (i'm working with laravel 5)
