I am trying to make a web that shares its videos being played on localnetwork

I am trying to make a web that shares its videos being played on its localnetwork. I want to know is this possible to share the video on another pc connected on LAN via a screen sharing extension or flash player. Or i have an idea if i transfer the cache files of the videos simultaneously could that work.
