Redirect to Mobile app login page when a session inside an In-app Browser expires?

I am developing a Cordova-based mobile app targeted for iOS and Android. This app will allow the user to login to reach a landing page. In landing page, there is an option that takes the user to a responsive web rendered inside an InApp Browser control. Auth token is passed securely in the header so that the web page does not ask the user to login again.

Now, my question is, if the session expires while in the responsive web page, is there a way to notify the mobile container app so that user can be redirected to mobile app login page? Any help is highly appreciated.
