Flask Web Development,Database migrations with Flask-Migrate,showing keyerror:'migrate'

I'm studying Flask Web Development with the book :Flask Web Development:Developing web applications with Python.When I studying the fifth chapter,I input those code according to the book :python hello.py db init. But It shows:keyerror:'migrate'.like this image:error tip What should I do to deal with it?
