How to refresh app inventor web view component for local files?

I got the web view component in app inventor to display a local file with url like : file:///file.html. When a button is pressed it re calls the same url. I have this button so that when i make changes to my file, i see the changes in the app itself.

The problem is that when i repress the button, the web view component does not refresh and still shows the unedited version. Besides a work around for this issue, some explanations about the cause of this, if known, would be appreciated!
