Custom Floor plan map in Java web dashboard to show workers exact location

I have floor plan Images of a building and longitude, latitude and floor number of workers in the building. I want to show worker's on floor map of building. I know google provide floor map facility but it makes your building floor map public after you submit floor plan. Any one know any facility,method or API which provides floor plan maps and it do not make your building floor plan public, where you can navigate floor by floor and locate your workers.
