CRM 2016 and Azure registration

I'm trying to use node.js with CRM 2016 webAPI . I'm building a service using node.js which will be running in background and part of it is it will retrieve the events form CRM using WebAPI.

When I went to Azure to register my app , It said that I have to enter App ID URI and sign on url but we are developing a service we will not ask people to login to CRM so what should I put in sin on url???? What should Go in App ID URI?
