Angular/Laravel flow design for multiple view form

I'm building a web site (no SPA) with Laravel and Angular Js. I had only done simple views so far but now i need a 2 step view process. I have read about angular routing but i'm not sure how to use it for this just one process. As I understand, the routing configuration works globally for the angular app but i want it only on this specific controller.

Note: All the routing is controller by Laravel based on the url. Angular is used for all asynchronous requests and form binding.
