I have recently bought a website template from WrapBootstrap called 'Assan'. While going through the source files of this template, I noticed that for some animations it made use of WOWjs. While going through the description of WOWjs, it turned out that the library is actually commercially licensed.
The price of using WOWjs for one project is more than double than what I paid for the Assan template.
My question right now is if I'm legally allowed to use WOWjs through the purchase of the Assan template, or do I also have to purchase a WOWJS license?
