Port server and web interface

I have a port server MOXA NPORT 5610-16.

All ports were configured in TCP SERVER options.

I want to ask equipements which are connect to the server ports BUT from a web interface.

I try with websockets, but they need a server side script to be run and MOXA server do not accept server side script..

Example of use:

I send "HEY" to my equipment with a html form and in real time I receive his answer in a div (for example).
