I set up VisualPHPUnit. The browser shows this error:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '[', expecting ')' in /usr/local/ampps/www/vpu/vendor/phpunit/phpunit/src/Util/Log/JSON.php on line 168

I followed every step in instruction.
