Making HTML links acessable at a certain time and date

Hello I was wondering if someone would be able to help, I am creating a Web application where a page will display a list of links, but I only want those links to be accessible on certain times and dates. For example the when the link is clicked on it won't load the page until the 1st May at 3:00pm. Is this possible if so how would I go about doing this ?
