Installing xampp in administrator user

I was trying to install xampp on my windows 10.I created administrator user.there I search for regedit and try to find FilterAdministratorToken to set the value to 0.so the path is HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE>SOFTWARE>Microsoft>Windows>CurrentVersion>Policies>System>FilterAdministratorToken.but I can't find the option FilterAdministratorToken in the policies directory. I try to search for FilterAdministratorToken.then I found it in this paht : HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE>SOFTWARE>Microsoft>WindowsNT>CurrentVersion>Policies>System>FilterAdministratorToken.is it a problem?what should I do?
