HTML/CSS: Why Ap Div only appears at top left even I move it using Dreamweaver

I already tried to use DW CS6 and often use Ap Div for my images/gallery. But when I'm trying to add new Ap Div and move it somewhere, it only appears at the top left of the screen when running it. But my other Ap div works fine, I'm not sure why.

Here's my CSS:

position: absolute;
width: 200px;
height: 300px;
z-index: 5;
left: 105px;
top: 144px;
border: 5px solid gray;
}

And the HTML:

{div id="apDiv6"} {img name="" src="image.jpeg" width="200" height="300" alt="" style="background-color: #000000" /} {/div}

I just changed "<" to "{" because it won't appear here. I appreciate any suggestions or advice. I'm just so confused and couldn't figure it out. Thanks guys.
