Creating a FB Login Authentication?

Hey guys,
I am trying to create a website that offers the user to either register directly by filling the details or by using a facebook account, the part unclear to me is how does he authorize his account(i have read their documentation but didn't get a clear idea how to use it).

Can i get an example how to create a login button w/ css and the PHP/Javascript part. Cheers. :)
