Create nice user post submitting interface

I'm creating a user posts based web page that I will later turn into an app.

From the 'add new post' page in wordpress, I only want the user to be able to see these fields: Add post title, add media(I mean images only!), add GIF and nothing else.

Is there any specific plugin that can help me? If not how can I edit code to accomplish this?
