closed website now in trouble. Mac is this possible

I somehow tried to clear my Mac following split up and somehow closed my ex website I built with 1&1 on my Mac. All passwords were saved via iCloud Keychain. Now he's reported this as malicious and I'm in trouble. Can I prove this is an easy error for a novice ? Pls advise My e mail dietdrops@btinternet.com regards
