Rejected on web Developer interview? [on hold]

Feels like I am the one who always gets rejected on php job interview.

I am php developer working around 2yrs ago. I had joined 3 mnths training program of PHP/MYSQL for switching to web development as a career. I beleive , I am quite new to the web development.

Previously , I got hired on a small web development company with 3 php programmers including me as full time. The project is on Codeigniter Framework and had lots of forms on it. The project was huge and i spent a whole 10 mths on that single project. My work will be inserting those forms to database and retrive it.And used javascript , Jquery , Ajax sometimes. Thats it..

My senior gets exhausted explaining me the problems on code. As always , I think anyhow the task should be completed before deadline..No matter asking tiny things with seniors or by copying code by research .

      As a copier, I had no single confident writing my one code. But I try to understand the existing code written by others by print_r and var_dump. It becames habit to me.

Unfortunately, Due to some personal problems I had to left the company. I had spent 3 mths on home looking for freelancing work on Freelancer - Hire & Find Jobs , Upwork, the world's largest online workplace , etc. I got a couple clients with simple personal protofolio projects and i had completed it. I became to feel good carrer in freelance in those days.

After certain period , I got empty for 1.5 mths and totally broke.Then I got exhausted through freelance and start to find a job through online job portal sites.

I had run out around 8 companies within 3 weeks for interview but no luck . I tottally gets nervous in interview.If they told me to write some algorithms or codes or answer some logical questions, my hands got shaking even if i know it . Then the interview gets worse and feels like completely stupid.

As I had started web development as a career, What improvements should I worked on ?
