Build one asp.net web API which will serve the data for both android app and asp.net web site

I have asp.net webproject and android app .In which ,I am planning to code a web API which can be accessed through website(asp.net) and mobile applications. Datas will be supplied by the web api from SQL SERVER .

1.Technologies being used is ASP.NET, Bootstrap, AngularJS, Sqlserver, MSStudio2015.

Experts please suggest me anything i am lagging here with technologies to accomplish my goal. Any technical suggestions are more welcome . else any best architecture is good for this type of projects. kindly suggest me .
