Browser based sdk for editing vector

I need to implement a website where end user can add / edit vectors and export to vector format files (ie. dwg, svg) in order to cut the exported files to materials (wood, plastic) using laser or cnc machines. What I am looking for is if there is any web sdk/library (in c# or javasctript) that can handle vector graphics regarding the bezier lines, subtract/join/intersect shapes or paths and if possible to add material to the final product.
