Javascript framework for Admin App

I have a set of web services which I'd like to be able to do a simple web based app for administering. Id like it to be pure javascript if possible and as little html and css as possible.

Basicly the functionality i need to cover extends to something like this :

View for login

List of projects ( contains a list of projects )

Create Project with the following info Project name, svn info

Edit project info Svn info delete project

Again I wish to do as little meddeling with HTML/CSS as possible and rather create everything in javascript. Should I use jQuery UI for this or is there something that seems like the better choice ? ( i belive jQuery UI starts to get abit old , right ? )
