Web app set as desktop in touch

I have a web form that will be available for use on a touch monitor. The machine does not possess them keyboard or mouse and the User must touch the screen for iterating with the application.

How do I get desktop display a virtual keyboard like the android and iphone when the User to focus on a text field?
