Using VBA web-scrap data from a website having nested pages i.e multiple html tags

Through VBA webscrapping kindly help me to access the textboxes in the site traffic-database. Say, for instance, I want to put "Texas" in the community textbox

I tried to access it through IE.document.getElementById method but it failed. The html source of the webpage does not show those controls. However they are only seen through the DOM explorer.
