So far I have only tested this on an iPhone 5s in Safari but I assume it'll probably be the same for other platforms. What I have is a hero block at the top (overdone I know) which works fine for desktop and is fully responsive but on the device mentioned the image appears as a black block. The image is currently set as the background-image of the hero div. I have done some searching about this and most answers point to ensuring the image is either interlaced or saved as a png-24. I have tried both of these and still ended up with a black image. Has anyone else come across this before and managed to fix it?
