I'm New, What Can I Do First?

I know a bit of Python and I do web design as well. However, I don't know where to start implementing Python and creating web apps. There is so much information, but not direction to the best way to go. Data Science is something I am also interested in.

Should I be using Django, Flask, or Visual Studio?

I have my own web server and I want to make something, but I need an idea of how to make a Python web app with the most recent tools available and how to do it.
