How to Open Port 80 on Azure Linux VM Resource Manager

I have created an Azure Linux VM on the new Azure portal using the Resource Manager rather than Classic configuration.

I have added port 80 as an inbound rule on the Network Security Group but still am not able to host from the VM.

Any ideas?
