poor design mode in eclipse ee dynamic project

For my final project at the university I need to build a dynamic website, I already started the project with Eclipse ee, mysql and tomcat 7.

I have found that the design options that this platform allows are very poor (or maybe I simply dont know how to use it right), no object that I add is drag-able even if I mark it's drag-able attribute as true, there are very few objects that I can use: The options available to me: 1 any help that will make this project easier will be welcomed..
