How to extract or save custom cursor from a website?

Some web sites uses custom cursors and I want to find a way to save the .cur file if possible.

To be more specific, I am trying to locate cursor that appears in amazon.com look inside preview, but when I inspect an element I cannot seem to find URL for a cursor.
