creating a script on server to run websites and upload videos

Thanks for taking the time to read this. Im a php developer with experience in creating mid level sites.

Ive come to a predicament, I need to create a script to upload videos on certain websites that dont really have an API.

My question is, what is the best way to go about doing the following:

At a certain point in time of the day (w/ curl hopefully) execute a script that: - visits a page on the web, - logs in to a page with a given user acct - Uploads each video in a given folder - visits a different page does the same.

Not asking for actual code, but was hoping if you guys could point me in the right direction here.

Is this possible with pure PHP?

Note i will have a hosted server :)
