C# web browser, programmatically read the whole list

I am trying to improve my skills with web browser & things I can do with it... its nice way to learn about functions on web, too... Using C# now.. I am trying to get list of groups I am in on Facebook...

For start I'd want to get names of the groups or any other information, is that even possible ? I can either go with full "work with html text programming", but that would be very hard and time consuming... I am looking for simple universal way ^^

How could I access that list and get the data to my program ? I'd be grateful for any help ! :)
