Where would I find a developer that would be willing to donate some work to a non-profit?

I'm looking to find a web developer that would be willing to donate some work to a non-profit to get an MVP off the ground. As soon as we have an MVP to show we will begin looking for funding.

The functionality would be similar to a Kickstarter. It's not just a Wordpress theme, it would have some dev elements to it.

What I'm looking for is a community I can reach out to who may be willing to help.
