How to upload an image to google plus (or picasa) from my php web site?

In my web application I want to upload images to google plus or picasa. I am getting 404 response when I am trying the ZendGdata API for Picasa. Anyone please help me to solve this issue. Or is there any option to upload to google plus albums or to google photos.
