How start two web services in windows machine with the same port?

I got to start two web services in my windows machine in parallel , both of which consumes same port. When I do so IIS is throwing error saying - "this website cannot be started another website may be using this port"

Can anyone suggest if this is possible in windows and if yes how to achieve this. Thanks, Code
