How to deliver VOD ABR stream in AWS for different platforms

I need to setup VOD ABR streaming in AWS for different devices: iOs, andriod, web applications.

The problem is that all of them use different formats/protocols.

AWS has nothing out of the box. You need to setup either Unified Streaming (referenced cloudfromation didn't work), Wowza (haven't tested yet, looks like it more for live streaming).

Does anyone has experience in this area?
