Why won't eclipse plugin show up

I downloaded this plugin for eclipse. I put inside my eclipse plugin folder and started eclipse. Pressed window->show view-> other and it should appear log file, however it does not. How do you go about fixing this. URl for the plugin http://ift.tt/1EYsVLB
