How to reference OWL ontology when creating a statement in Jena

I have an Owl ontology that was created in Protege and is stored locally, called jobs.owl. One of the classes that are defined in it is called a Job.

I'd like to be able to write a statement in Jena but am unsure how to reference the class in the ontology. The subject of my RDF statement is a URI, the property is RDF.type and the object is meant to be the Job class that is part of the ontology.

Any help to point me in the right direction would be much appreciated. I've poured over the online resources but am unable to get my head around how this should be done.
