html5 natural feature tracking

I want to develop an augmented reality application that runs on the web browser. I'd rather not to use Flash.

So as I've been researching, it seems to me that my only option is JSARToolkit, which does not support natural feature tracking.

So my question is: is is possible to make AR apps with natural feature tracking on a web browser? how?
