How to get screenshot of full-desktop and move the mouse with Javascript?

I need to know how to get a screen of full desktop with Javascript, or how to move the user cursor in his desktop. If it is impossible to realize with Javascript, can you suggest me any other language/system like Flash or Java Applets?

I need that all users can fastest execute my web application (client-side). Thanks :)
