Now I'm writing some programs about system performance monitor by using c++ ， for example cpu usage，memory usage，disk usage. I need to transmit these usage data to a website （using php，and the data format is JSON may be better。

Which method can I use? Now I've known some methods about 'web service', 'rpc'，and so on，but I never used them before，Could you please give me some help？
